Artist Review: The 67th Annual Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit (In historic Loudon County) is one of the best American Folk Art Shows that I know of. If you can picture a 1790's village with the top American Craftsmen, with wonderful old homes, and great food, in a village that time forgot, then you have Waterford Virginia. There will be 160 American Folk Artists at the show so bring good walking shoes since the exhibitors are thoughtout the village.

I will be located in back of the old school house. Please stop by and say hello. Nancy will be demonstrating the art of theorem painting on velveteen fabric with the use of a stencil. It's a great learning experience for school children since they see first hand this unique American Folk Art.

Note: It's hard to see this show in one day so if you plan to stay in a motel, book early. The best area is Leesburg, Virginia followed by Frederic Maryland.
